Fast & Furious 10, officially named Fast X, is set to be the final installment of this series. It will bring the journey of Vin Diesel’s Dominic Torreto to a close. There isn’t much information about the film yet but there are some facts to reveal about the highly anticipated action movie. Here’s what we’ve learned concerning Fast X, including updates on everything from trailers and release dates to casting details, details about the characters and plot details.

Fast X: Will There Be a Fast & Furious 11?

“Part of the reason why Fast 10 has to be broken into two different movies is because there’s so much ground to cover. There are so many places and so many locations in the world that we have to visit,” Vin Diesel spoke at a press event for F9.

When Is Fast X’s Release Date?

The first installment of Fast X is currently scheduled to release on May 19 2023. The last film, F9, had one of the most popular performances of the period of pandemics and it stands to that reason that we’ll see the film at theaters unless something truly dramatic occurs.

Fast X was originally scheduled to release in April 2021. However, it was delayed after F9 encountered a number of delays. It was scheduled to the release date of April 7th, 2023 but it’s been delayed yet again. There’s been no announcement regarding the exact date that the Part 2 of the film is due to be released however we’re likely to learn soon enough.

Fast & Furious Story Continues

The brand new footage, that was released on the 10th of February 2023, with a brand new synopsis of the sequel, reveals fresh plot and character information and how the antagonist of the film who is played by Jason Momoa ties into a earlier Fast film.

It reads as follows: “In 2011’s Fast Five, Dom and his crew killed a an evil Brazilian drugs Kingpin Hernan Reyes and slain his empire over an elevated bridge that was built in Rio De Janeiro. What they didn’t realize was that Reyes his daughter, Dante (Momoa), was there and spent the past 12 years planning a strategy to ensure that Dom pay for the ultimate cost.

But everything changes when Dom discovers that his own 8-year-old son (Leo Abelo Perry) is the ultimate target of Dante’s vengeance.”

As Dom’s son Brian (or “Little B”) identified as an 8-year-old we are aware the fact that Fast X will take place many years following the events from the previous film 2021’s F9.

John Cena

John Cena made his debut as Jakob Toretto – Dom and Mia’s long-lost twin brother who can also be a master thief as well as an assassin (because why wouldn’t you?) – in Fast 9. In the final moments of the film In the film, he had made amends to Dom after a miscommunication involving the death of their father.

Although the film concluded with Jakob being a fugitive from the authorities Cena will play Jakob in any sequel. It’s it’s not surprising considering Mia advised him to not stay far from his family too long.

The fate of the spymaster of Kurt Russell, The man who was Kurt Russell’s spymaster. Nobody was left ambiguous in Fast 9 – if he’s still alive, it’s possible that he’ll be with us in Fast 10 too.

We do are aware the character Alan Ritchson will play Aimes as the new CEO of the Agency “who doesn’t hold the same fondness for Dom’s crew as his predecessor, Mr. Nobody” This means that there’s a chance that the character of Russell may be gone forever.
